Our salesman, Bryce, was great with helping us find a new vehicle. We went in to look at trucks but ended up purchasing a Tahoe, which we are very happy with. All of the staff was very patient with us while we were deciding on terms of the deal and gave us plenty of space to think about things before purchasing our vehicle. Overall our experience with Five Star Chevrolet was good.

Sold me a bad car and when I brought it back next day to trade they told me they fixed it. Couple days later problems back. Then they lied about me telling them which I proved them lying with text messages. Then they offered to buy it back for 2/3 what I paid and sell me a more expensive car with the rest added to that. They’re running a scam so beware

This is long for a reason. Worked customer service 10+ yrs & dad was as a car salesman; I don’t leave bad reviews for small stuff, but this was BAD. We came from La, 10+ hrs away w/ a toddler & I’m pregnant.

Doug always listen to my issues and he always find me a solution for my problem.
I travel for work and was in town, 190 miles from home. Engine was making a "rattling" sound that was suspicious. Needless to say, couldn't recreate it when I took it in, but they checked it out and ended up fixing another, unrelated problem I was putting off. The fact they were proactive on an issue that presented itself makes me wish they were my local mechanic. It's always hit or miss with dealers, but they've earned my trust. Just might see me and my Camaro again.

The service I received was not up to par for a couple of months now. Was lied to by general manager John and they took 45 days to repair my vehicle , the whole time blaming the warranty service, when it was their problem to begin with.i would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Kendrick was ours salesperson and was amazing. Great personality and found a vehicle that fit our specific needs. We did however wait over an hour just for the finance manager to come finish the deal up. Didn’t take long once we got back there but just felt like our time wasn’t valued at that point. If not for that it would’ve been the best car buying experience I have ever had

Very poor service. I took my GMC Sierra in that would not start. Travis that checked me in told me they were not busy at all and would check my truck Monday after noon or Tuesday morning. Very unpleasant experience buying a car from this dealer:
1. Salesman was not clear on interest rate and did not want to provide definite number when questioned stating "I am not a crook just so you know lol". During signing the paperwork the rate was shown as 4.7% instead of 3.7% stated by the bank.
2. Also he did not want to address the the repairs of cosmetic damage which had been promised to be taken care of.

I was quoted one price its recorded but they charged me 50.00 more. I called made an appointment for oil change service and asked price of transmission flush due to it not shifting right when you put in reverse or drive. Was quoted 275 but wound up paying 325. BUYER BEWARE- I worked with this dealership on pricing for a new truck. Pricing was in line and the truck was in transit. All was going well until I asked to see what the general terms of the finance contract were before placing a $1000 deposit to hold the truck. The salesman refused to share that information. I am not sure why, but every time I deal with the service dept at this location, they are rude. I have been talked to like I am stupid and they act like they don't have time to talk to me or explain things to me. Today was the second time and the second person that has done this. I have heard from other customers that this is the treatment they receive as well.

Got my GmC Sierra 2014 last May 2020 with 101,000 miles . , August 2021 transmission is messed up. Only put less than 30, 000miles brought it to chevy dealership nearby since we have to tow it, transmission completely blown Have to replace new one because it cant be fixed. So sad paying so muchhh thinking it would be a reliable vehicle but only a year it wont run anymore. What do you think i feel right now????!!!!
